The Summer Intensive program is designed specifically for folks who want a fast track to enough coach training to earn a basic level certification AND who have a light summer schedule allowing them the time to focus on classes in an “intensive format”.  This would include educators, managers in organizations with lighter than normal summer workloads and anyone who happens to have this summer free.  Lucky YOU! You can jump in and become a great coach in a short period of time.

Quick Facts about the Summer Certification Program

Here are a few quick facts that will assist you in understanding our program:

  1. Our school was launched ed in 2001 by Thomas Leonard – the founding father of the coaching industry – as “the Graduate School of Coaching”
  2. In 2007 we re-invented the program as the Center for Coaching Mastery for our ICF Accreditation
  3. We have had over 3,000 students
  4. Our program is one of the elite schools accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF)
  5. Includes the coach training and mentoring by the ICF to apply for ACC (Associate Certified Coach) Certification-
  6. Includes 60 required coach training class hours
  7. Includes 10 mentor coaching hours (3 1-1 during 3 practicum; 7 in the mentor group)
  8. Includes 8 Business mentoring hours in the Mentor Group
  9. Includes 3 critiqued coaching sessions by a certified coach during the practicum
  10. Includes 15 business training class hours
  11. Prepares you to earn the CoachVille Associate Certified Coach (CVACC)
  12. Prepares you to apply for the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)
  13. The program is delivered 100% by dynamic group conference calls using the acclaimed MaestroConference System

  15. The Summer Intensive starts on Monday July 11th and completes on Friday August 19th.  During the 6 weeks, you will be in class every Monday through Thursday for 2.5 hours; and on 3 Fridays for 5 hours.
    The class times are 2PM – 4:30PM ET; OR 8PM – 10:30PM ET.  details below.
  16. If you want to make the INTENSIVE … well…. less intense, you can defer any part of the training to later in 2011 or even 2012.  Remaining course dates for 2011: September 27, November 9
  17. Your investment for the SUMMER program is $1,895. OR 6 payments of $299 ($2,094 total)

Curriculum Review

Probably the most unique feature of our program is our curriculum. Each level includes a methods class, a skills class, business training and a practicum.

The Center for Coaching Mastery SUMMER Intensive program includes:
Level 1 from our complete program PLUS
The Mentor Coaching program from Level 2

Level 1 – The Pursuit of Human Greatness

The focus is on the Basic Coaching skills and Play Two Win Coaching Method. Combining basic skills with a reliable method is the fastest way to become effective with your players. You will be able to guide them toward playing their game better and winning on their own terms. They will achieve results AND become masters of the game. Even experienced coaches will enjoy this curriculum.
The following programs are included in Level 1:

Class times

Each class is 2.5 hours in length.

Play Two Win: Mondays and Thursdays

Basic Coaching Skills: Tuesdays

Mentor Coaching program: Wednesdays

You can choose the time slot that serves you best:

2 PM – 4:30 PM ET or

8 PM – 10:30 PM ET

Coaching Practicum: 3 Fridays for 5 hours each time.

12Noon – 5PM ET

 

REMEMBER THE FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OPTION!

You can push your participation in any of the programs into the Autumn or even next year if you prefer.
So if for example you want to take the Play Two Win on Monday and Thursday and the Basic Coaching Skills on Tuesday.  And postpone the Wednesday Mentor program to the Autumn… No problem.

Or for example if you only want to do 1 Friday Practicum in the Summer and do the other two in the Autumn on Saturdays… No Problem

Step 1 – Starter Program – A Very Affordable Way to Start

Price $349 / month; 6 payments for a total investment of $2,094
OR 1 payment of $1895
Includes Level 1 curriculum + Mentor Coaching + 3 Practicum

At this point you will have enough training to apply for your CVACC- CoachVille Associate Certified Coach; which leads to the ICF ACC

you can upgrade to the COMPLETE program at any time as follows:
(and have enough training to then apply for your CVPCC – CoachVille Professional Certified Coach which leads to the ICF PCC)

Step 2 – Education Track

Includes Level 2 & 3 curriculum + Bonus programs + 1 year Pro Coach

Step 3 – Certification Package

The total for the Step By Step Option (if you do all of the steps):

This is a very affordable way to start your coaching career! If you are NOT SURE about the certification OR you don’t want to commit to the whole thing up front then this will be an excellent option for you. You can add steps 2 and 3 whenever you are ready.

Each stage has a Pay Up Front option which you can use rather than the payment plan to save a few $. If you end up doing the whole thing, it will cost you a little more than if you went for the “Bold Commitment” option.

In the step by step option, each step is a requirement for the next step. In other words, you can’t purchase step 2 without step 1.
